Information you provide
Consultation and checklist forms collect the contact details, organization, deadline, scope, and message you submit. We also record consent time, UTM campaign fields, landing page, referrer domain, and limited security information needed to prevent abuse.
Privacy-friendly analytics
The site records page paths, page-view and conversion events, referring website domains, campaign labels, device categories and approximate country or region when supplied by the hosting network. It does not store raw analytics IP addresses or unique visitor identifiers. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are respected. The owner can disable collection and configure a retention window; older telemetry is removed in bounded batches.
Storage protection
Protected contact, client, project, financial, audit, and document fields are encrypted before storage. Uploaded file bytes are also encrypted. Administrator access requires a server-validated session, and website traffic uses HTTPS in transit.
How information is used
Information is used to answer requests, prepare consultations, improve the website, protect the admin system, and maintain business records. It is not sold.
Qualification and booking
Consultation requests are reviewed by a person before online booking is offered. If a request is qualified, MICRO-CORE may provide the reviewed booking link or continue by email or phone. Campaign and service attribution may be used to understand which sources produce qualified inquiries.
AI visitor assistant
The website concierge uses approved public service and schedule information. If the owner enables live visitor AI, your question and a short recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to prepare a reply. Guided answers remain available when live AI is disabled or unavailable. The assistant cannot browse, log in, send messages, book appointments, or change records. Conversations are not added to the CRM unless you separately submit the consultation form and consent to contact. Do not enter confidential laboratory records, patient information, formulas, or credentials in the chat.
Retention and deletion
Records are reviewed and archived from their owning workspace. Automatic timed deletion is not currently enabled. Client and financial records may be retained for contract, tax, or legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the current contact method below.
Owner research assistant
When the owner explicitly requests AI help, selected business context and inquiry details may be sent to the configured OpenAI provider for a draft or public-web research. The owner reviews results before acting. The application requests that responses not be stored as provider response objects; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. The visitor concierge receives only approved public service information and the visitor’s chat.
